Challenge
South Bend Medical Foundation needed a secure, HIPAA-compliant way for the public to request and receive sensitive medical records online.
Approach

300+ legacy Web Forms applications — roughly one per client fund — had become impossible to maintain at scale.
Approach
Consolidated them into a single multi-tenant React and .NET PWA on Azure with ADB2C custom policies, a configurable CMS, and per-client settings, then shipped the companion iOS and Android app.

Challenge
A document-signing application depended on a fragile PDF-signing setup plagued by iText licensing and certificate-storage problems.
Approach
Worked through iText licensing, integrated Azure Key Vault for certificate storage, and diagnosed the underlying certificate and PDF-service failures.

Approach
